Membership In CCHS

You are invited to become a member of the Centre County Historical Society (CCHS). Your membership and gifts help the Centre County Historical Society enrich the lives of the public by sharing the story of the county's unique past. Membership supports all aspects of the Historical Society's operations.

CCHS is the oldest and largest county historical organization. Established in 1904, the Centre County Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps people understand, experience, appreciate and preserve Centre County's cultural and natural heritage.

Become a Member

There are two ways to become a member:

1. Print out and complete the Membership Application, then mail it along with payment
2. Join securely online using a credit card through PayPal. Choose a membership category from the drop-down menu below. Then click on the "Join Now" button.
